Shiv Antar Kaur/Andrea Rigiero first discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2002 while attending a stress reduction/yoga workshop in Worcester. During that first class she felt a wondrous sense of peace being generated from within. That experience was the beginning of a path of transformation: studying, taking classes, workshops, and practicing the science of Kundalini Yoga in her daily life. This path naturally led her to the Aquarian Teacher Training program and consequently a deep-rooted calling to share the precious gift she has been given. She teaches from the heart, with her own personal experience as an example of how empowering and transformational this “Yoga of Awareness” truly is. She is currently certified as a Level 1 Kundalini yoga instructor, has completed the "Radiant Child" level one teacher training, and teaches an on-going class Monday nights in Leicester, Mass. For class info please e-mail arigiero@verizon.net.
